HOUMA, LA--(Marketwired - Feb 15, 2016) - Dynamic Retail Solutions is a retail marketing firm that helps their clients increase their local customer base by partnering with fortune 500 retailers. Having expanded from Houma into the Morgan City, Thibodaux and Grand Calliou area, Dynamic Retail Solutions is currently working with five partners and looking to grow into additional retailers in 2016. In order to facilitate this expansion, Market Manager CJ Robinson has decided to bring on additional employees and train managers from entry level roles. By promoting individuals from within the company, Robinson hopes to create a solid leadership core for the company from individuals who have experience in every level of the business.
The management training program at Dynamic Retail Solutions focuses on developing goal-oriented associates by training them in aspects such as business development, teambuilding, communications, as well as sales and marketing strategy. Dynamic's clientele in the home entertainment, security, and communications industries utilize the organization for increased to brand awareness, promotion and customer acquisition. Managers at the marketing firm must be able to maintain client standards while training, developing, and managing others.
Team Leader Jerald Watson described his experience working with Robinson through management training at Dynamic Retail Solutions, stating: "I can honestly say working with CJ every day helps me improve on a daily basis. Every day something is said or done for me to get better. Having a mentor like CJ is truly a blessing. He cares about our future and gives us all the knowledge, criticism, and motivation needed to reach our individual goals. The program teaches us how to connect with the emotional and financial context of our families and customers. It molds us into credible, reliable, knowledgeable leaders, and mentors amongst our peers."
Mentorship and mutual goal-setting plays a huge part in the recent success at Dynamic Retail Solutions. In the Forbes article, "The Modern Mentor in a Millennial Workplace," Karl Moore asserted, "The principles of mentorship are reasonably simple. The relationship should be mutually beneficial, in that both parties should participate and contribute to one another's goals and expectations. An openness to change and a willingness to learn are essential." As the Market Manager at Dynamic Retail Solutions, Robinson encourages his employees to share their personal and professional goals, so peers can encourage and hold their fellow employees accountable to the goals that they put out there. Watson asserted, "It's important to set goals in order to know where you're going. Goals provide motivation, persistence, and desire to excel. Creating goals gives us a vision of where we want to be and who we want to become. By setting goals we can measure our progress and continuously motivate ourselves to be the best version of ourselves we can be."
The main purpose of the management training program at Dynamic is growth. Managers want to cultivate their clients and employees for success. For example, Team Leader Ross Carroll said that the management training program has helped him hone a professional mentality. Carroll affirmed, "Professionalism is a big thing to me. Being on time is always key to learning more, and I find myself dressing for success." By grooming employees for a better and brighter future, Dynamic is helping to increase customer accounts for their clients by motivating employees to go above and beyond for a company that supports them.
